What insurance is required?

We require worker’s compensation and general insurance.

How is a RoofPartner chosen?

The RoofPartner is chosen by their employment, referral and project history. We occasionally conduct site visits.

What does the application and approval process look like?

The application process evaluates project types, available manpower, equipment allocation, insurance information, and coverage area.

The work

Which type of roof systems and manufacturers materials do we install?

RoofPartners will be asked to install mechanically attached, adhered and induction welded systems. TPO, EPDM, PVC and Modified Bitumen membranes are installed with the expectation to meet manufacturer specifications for 15-30 year roof systems with the following manufacturers: Mule-Hide, Duro-Last, Elevate, Versico, GAF, Carlisle, Fibertite, Sika Sarnafil and Johns Manville.

What equipment do I need?

We expect RoofPartners to possess all necessary equipment to complete their scope of work, including generators, lister robotics, power tools, and hand tools. Ensuring you have the appropriate tools is crucial for the successful completion of the projects.

Who pays me?

RoofingSource.

What is the timeline for payment?

RoofingSource features extremely fast payment. So you don’t have to wait for the building owner or general contractor.

Is there a retainage?

A 10% retainage applies when a manufacturer warranty is included in the scope of work. Once the manufacturer warranty is issued and the punch list is completed, the remaining 10% will be paid.
