RoofingSource was founded in 2005 by a husband and wife team with a vision to help businesses strategically manage their rooftops.

Our Philosophy

By providing a holistic approach to rooftop management, we offer fixed-cost, continuous protection programs and rooftop services like grease containment. This approach allows businesses to make informed strategic decisions about their building portfolios while simplifying management, reducing risk, and ultimately saving money.

Our History

Founded in 2005 in Chicago, we began by servicing businesses with smaller footprints that other roofing companies often ignored. As we continued to grow and support brands across the country, we kept the same integrity and pride of self-performing all our programs, continuously giving our teammates the opportunity to advance their careers. We’re family owned/operated and proud to support the nation’s leading brands in 48 states.

Our HQ

Our headquarters are located just outside the city limits of Chicago in Niles, Illinois, it’s a quick, twenty-minute drive to downtown. From incredible ethnic restaurants to forest preserves and parks, Niles has the excitement of the city with the convenience and comfort of being in the ’burbs. As the nucleus of our nationwide operations, it’s where skill assessments, training, and first days happen.
