HQ is located just outside the city limits of Chicago. From incredible ethnic restaurants to forest preserves and parks, Niles has the excitement of the city with the convenience and comfort of the ‘burbs. Being nearby O’Hare International Airport, makes the office easily accessible for teammates, clients, and partners to visit from out of town.
At HQ, we have more than just office space. We’ve built some fun spaces to collaborate, relax, or hang out.
Meet the Office Team
Our state-of-the-art training center has been a dynamic addition to our growth and ensures we maintain the highest standards of service. It's our hub for training and conducting skills tests for both existing and prospective teammates, while also serving as the home base for our Field Advisor training program.
The “Pit” is the center of the office which is home to our Operations team. They make sure our traveling teammates are accounted for and that projects are running effectively. The “Pit” is equipped with flat-screen monitors that display real-time information on our national fleet, daily performance metrics, upcoming projects, and forecasted weather patterns.
As a service-based organization, we pride ourselves on the hard work, integrity, and ingenuity of our people. Our spacious office provides tons of room for our in-person and hybrid teammates to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
Lead Service Coordinator
He manages a team of Field Advisors and Service Coordinators, keeping service calls running smoothly and making sure clients, vendors, and team members stay aligned.
I really enjoy my team and how we interact plus, the daily challenges keep things dynamic and rewarding.
Outside of work, you’ll find TJ doing what he loves most: traveling.
Service Coordinator
She plays a key role in connecting internal teams, customers, and Field Advisors. From dispatching to routing, she sees every service request through from start to finish.
Staying in constant contact with our field team. Routing them while hitting deadlines can feel like solving a puzzle, but honestly, I just love getting to know them. They all have such different and charming personalities.
Outside of work, Brandy’s a renaissance faire fan, movie buff, and never turns down a good buffet.
CFO
As CFO, he keeps RoofingSource running strong and ready for healthy growth. You may not work with him every day, but the systems and processes he helps optimize make life easier for all departments including yours.
Everyone works hard not just for the client, but for each other it makes the work meaningful and fun.
Markian was a professional dancer at 15 and toured internationally. Rumor has it he can still land a standing backflip (but he won’t do it on command).
Headquarters Manager
Jesse ensures our HQ runs smoothly handling everything from shipping requests and fleet management to making sure our field team has the right tools and safety gear. His team plays a vital role in keeping operations efficient and our crews supported.
Here, you’re treated like family. The organization helps you grow and reach your full potential.
Before RoofingSource, Jesse wrestled professionally in Mexico as Muerte Extranjera. Though retired since 2018, he still has the itch for one more match.
